Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made for the BriMinds.ai AI Education Programme (“Programme”) operated by Youbooks Edtech Pte Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By completing your enrolment and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. No-Refund Policy

All fees paid for the BriMinds.ai Programme are strictly non-refundable. Once a user has completed the sign-up process and payment has been successfully processed, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after enrolment.
• Failure to access or utilise the Programme or any portion thereof.
• Dissatisfaction with the learning experience, AI tools, content, or delivery.
• Technical issues arising from the user’s device, browser, internet connection, or software.
• Accidental or duplicate purchases.
• Failure to complete the Programme within the access period.
• Relocation, travel, illness, examinations, schedule conflicts, or personal reasons.
• Failure to earn certificates, badges, XP points, rankings, or recognitions.
• Non-participation in competitions, showcases, or events.

3. Nature of Digital Product

BriMinds.ai is a digital educational platform providing immediate access to AI-powered learning modules, computational thinking activities, algorithmic intelligence training, coding exercises, quizzes, projects, leaderboards, certifications, and associated learning resources.

Upon payment, access to the Programme is granted immediately. Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate delivery of services, no cooling-off period or right of withdrawal applies to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

4. Programme Access Period

Your enrolment grants access to the Programme for one (1) academic year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Access includes learning modules, AI tools, assessments, reports, and updates released during the subscription period.

No extension of the access period shall be granted in lieu of a refund.

5. Pricing and Taxes

Programme fees shall be displayed on the BriMinds.ai website at the time of purchase. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

Indicative pricing may include:

• India: Pricing inclusive of applicable GST.
• Global (outside India): Pricing inclusive of applicable VAT or sales taxes where applicable.
• UAE and GCC: Pricing inclusive of applicable VAT where required.

The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes in pricing shall not affect purchases already completed.

6. Failed or Disputed Transactions

In the event of a failed payment, duplicate charge, or payment processing error caused solely by a technical fault attributable to the Company or payment gateway, the matter shall be investigated. Evidence of the transaction issue must be submitted to info@briminds.ai within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute in relation to a valid purchase constitutes a breach of these terms. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate Programme access for users who initiate unjustified chargebacks.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights, statutory guarantees, or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law in your jurisdiction. Where mandatory legal protections apply, this Policy shall operate subject to such rights.
